To Rosanna, Sarah and Vivienne, defects aren’t the end, they’re a new beginning. In the age of throwaway, they propose a contemporary answer: repair. Their love of experimentation and feminist perspectives lead them to creative solutions without perfectionism. Visible patches tell stories and give objects new value. Their project explores repair as an artistic technique, inspires resource conservation and resists the throwaway culture.
